Help for Cotton Candy Machines
Entry-level cotton candy machines are economical and popular for parties, booster clubs, schools and other locations that do not require continuous production. High output cotton candy machines are for stadiums, carnivals, arenas and other large venues and are made for continuous production. The Lock-N-Go Cotton Candy machines are ideal for those wishing to rent machines or for those required to travel with their equipment. Its design incorporates a handle that locks the floss head for easy transportation. All Lock-N-Go machines come with aluminum bowls. Lids or “Floss Bubbles” are sold separately.
Flossine is perfect for the high production seller. Flossine requires mixing with regular sugar prior to spinning, but creates a greater volume by price. Flossugar is pre-mixed for easy production, ideal for first time users or smaller production outlets. Both come in a wide variety of flavors.
How to Make Perfect Cotton Candy
- On your cotton candy machine, fill the spinner head a little more than ½ full of Flossugar product.
- Turn the heat switch to on and let warm for approximately 30 seconds.
- Turn on the machine’s motor to start the cotton candy production (it is normal for some wisps of sugar to fly up).
- Adjust the heat if you want to produce cotton candy faster (the higher the temperature, the faster cotton candy will be produced).
- Wait until a thick webbing of cotton candy is built up before rotating it onto a cone.
- If serving the cotton candy immediately, leave the product on a cone. Bagged cotton candy will stay good for 1-2 days.
How to Clean your Cotton Candy Machine
- Turn the heat all the way up and spin out the remaining Flossugar (turn off when finished).
- Wipe the top and sides of the cotton candy machine with a moist towel.
- The metal or plastic pan on the cotton candy machine can be wiped or sprayed out with hot water.
